Working out of the geographical heart of the UK, Pedmore Roofing Services is a local business and operates within the West Midlands area, providing a 1st class service in roof repairs and maintenance. Pedmore approached Developyn to create a site to host their business online. The site was designed with two things in mind: to stand out from local competition and help drive potential clients into paying customers. Essential specifications of the project also included a built-in contact system via email through the website, and a customer-written review system serving to display feedback. Pedmore also opted for our search engine optimization (SEO) service, as well as post-launch social media support, in an attempt to grow their customer base by ensuring a higher priority for the website in search engines.
Initially, to create a bespoke website design that gave Pedmore Roofing Services a unique identity, delivering information on a range of services as well as contact information prominently to potential customers. Further specifications for the site include a fully-functioning email contact system with stable back-end handling, a star-based customer review system where feedback and a rating can be submitted and then displayed on the website, and a project gallery designed to display the high standard of service provided by Pedmore. Pedmore Roofing Services' website was successfully launched fully in 2019, with a modern, responsive design, with a fully functioning contact system via email, as well as a star-based customer review system, where feedback can be displayed to encourage peace of mind in other potential customers. Further SEO, provided through data analysis, successfully increased customer conversion to such a high rate that Pedmore had to opt to stop the service, due to not being able to cope with anymore bookings for the forseeable future. A focus on social media presence for the company post-launch also contributed to these incredible results. Our work for Pedmore is a prime example of the growth in customer base that can be realised through this service.
