The Challenge for GreenKayak
GreenKayak were in the midst of scaling up their business and required a new online booking system that would allow users to reserve a Kayak in any of their dedicated locations. Additionally, the solution would also need to engage the user in the gamification aspect of their business- encouraging their users to partake in cleaning the ocean along their trip.
The Solution for GreenKayak
We produced an online booking dashboard to support GreenKayak in handling all digital requests, this allowed customers to seamlessly book and organise their trips. This dashboard was later translated into a mobile application to enable users with an optimised experience when booking their trips on the go. This also provided us with the scope to integrate additional gamification elements like leaderboards, badges, and various achievements to provide users with something tangible to work towards.
