The Challenge

APS had been working from a spreadsheet and wanted to automate their work allocation process. They needed a redesigned website and to modernise their spreadsheet based labour allocation system. The current process was too time consuming and lacked a quick way to inform subcontractors of their upcoming work schedule. APS wanted to introduce an app and mobile based induction and clock in system to optimise their admin company and reduce paper waste.

The Solution

We gave their website a new lease of life with a complete redesign. We developed a bespoke dashboard to allow admins to manage users, sites and labour allocations. One place to view all of their management needs. Along side the bespoke dashboard solution, we also developed an induction companion app to allow users to self-induct, set when they are available to work and also view their allocations. To finish up the system, we created a timesheet solution which allows users to clock in/out with their timesheets being viewable in the admin dashboard.
