Over the span of nine months, Developyn collaborated with Rituals, a global leader in luxury home and body cosmetics known for blending Eastern traditions with modern living, to enable seamless integration of data from their legacy systems into a modern third-party supply chain planning platform. This initiative empowered Rituals to consolidate supply chain data more effectively and streamline downstream planning processes, helping them maintain the high-quality service and product availability their customers expect worldwide.

The Challenge

Rituals’ data ecosystem was fragmented, with numerous legacy source systems complicating visibility and integration. Meanwhile, the broader organisational transformation that was already in motion meant the solution had to be adaptable, fitting into a shifting technological landscape without causing disruption.

Our Approach

Strategic Integration Design: Working within Rituals’ data team, we crafted an integration layer bridging disparate source systems to the new supply chain planning tool, preserving flexibility amid ongoing transformation.
Agile Delivery & Early Momentum: We embedded ourselves in the Rituals environment to align technical deliverables with internal ways of working. Rather than build from scratch, we applied proven blueprints and refined them to suit Rituals’ unique context.
