The Challenge
Before coming to use, Castlemore were carrying out on-site, classroom setting inductions that could take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours of time. With the risk of inductions being misplaced and reports going missing, we were approached by Castlemore to improve their existing paper-based and laborious induction process and reporting process.
The Solution
A completely bespoke dashboard solution aids Castlemore in managing their contractors and sites. With the ability to view all site reports in one place, the days of manually searching and inspecting reports are in the past. With the induction app we created, users could self-induct and managers where able to complete site safety reports easier than ever.
