Consultants on hand to help with measuring KPIs and handle reporting needs
Our consultancy services
Some of our developers were tasked with helping to build various projects during their tenure at IKEA as a consultant. These included developing KPI dashboards for various metrics as well as creating a one stop shop for all of IKEA reports, tools and datasets to ensure employees can find the information they need as efficiently as possible.
With our consultants being available to be on-site, they could collaborate with other members of the team and other teams entirely.
With constant communication with product owners and business owners, our consultants ensured that features were delivered on time and to the standard expected.
Allowing IKEA to track their KPIs with ease
Multiple KPI dashboards were developed by our team of consultants. One of which was a sustainability KPI dashboard built with React to help IKEA achieve their goals of becoming a more sustainable business. Collaborating with different teams, our developers were able to incorporate designs and integrate with existing APIs to create a product that the stakeholders were proud of.
Ensure reporting and data retrieval is a breeze
Another project our consultants aided with was an all-in-one reporting and data retrieval dashboard. With one search, users could find any reports or data sets that could aid with their query. Built with SvelteKit, our developers ensured the product was created with a beautiful UI and a easy to navigate user experience.
Original being solely a reporting dashboard, our developers came in to help modernise their existing solution and expand it to include tools and datasets. With our consultants taking control of the design, they ensure that the new solution was inline with IKEA’s design philosophy.
